A new application form for initial ethical review that integrates the Data Access Agreement and Privacy Impact requirements is now available on our forms and guidance notes page.
Please note that Sara O'Shaughnessy, PhD is the new Fraser Health Research Ethics Board Coordinator replacing Julie Hadden. All applications for REB approval can be emailed directly to Sara who will ensure that they receive either delegated review for minimal risk studies or full board review for above minimal risk studies.
