We invite you to share your expertise and provide feedback on how this film can be incorporated into clinical practice.

When: Wednesday, 25 January 2012, 4:00-5:30pm (Pacific Time)
Where: From the comfort of your own home or office. All you need are a telephone, Internet connection, and QuickTime player (free download: www.apple.com/quicktime/download/)
Who’s invited: nurses, pharmacists, family physicians, dieticians, certified diabetes educators
What’s involved: watching an animated film on your own time, completing a short online survey, and taking part in a web-based group discussion about the film’s strengths, weaknesses, how it might be used, and which parts are the most relevant to your experience managing type 2 diabetes
What you get in return: an opportunity to influence the use of a diabetes education tool that has potential for national reach — your input will help shape how it will be released across Canada
